Influenza (Flu)

The updated 2025 influenza (flu) vaccine is available at the Montana Health Center.

• Schedule online, on the MyPremiseHealth app, or by calling the Montana Health Center at (855) 200-6822.
• To schedule a flu vaccine online, log in to mypremisehealth.com and select “Flu Shot” as your reason for visit.
• Do not schedule an appointment on a provider schedule if you just need a vaccine. Use the “Flu Shot” reason for visit.

COVID

The updated 2025 COVID vaccine is available at the Montana Health Center.  Please note the COVID vaccine FDA recommendations have changed for 2025.  Your personal health needs will determine your eligibility for the COVID vaccine. You can discuss this with the provider during your COVID-19 Vaccine appointment.

Other Vaccines

• You must call the Health Center at (855) 200-6822 to schedule an appointment for the vaccines listed below.
• Certain vaccines may not be available at all times.
• Some travel vaccines which are not listed below may be ordered upon request.
