Montana Health Center Mission Statement
The State of Montana Benefit Plan serves its members (employees, retirees, and legislators), and other participating public employers and their members, in providing Montana Health Centers that are focused on high quality coordinated primary care to improve health outcomes and increase member access to cost-effective care within the State of Montana.

As of 12/31/24, the Montana Health Center and Premise Health will no longer provide healthcare services to the enrollees of the Montana Unified School Trust (MUST) and their eligible dependents.
