Montana Health Centers are available to eligible plan members on the State of MontanaMontana Municipal Interlocal Authority (MMIA), and Montana University System- Helena (US-Helena) benefits plans.

As of 12/31/24, the Montana Health Center and Premise Health will no longer provide healthcare services to the enrollees of the Montana Unified School Trust (MUST) and their eligible dependents.
