Wellness Events

Did you know that as a State Plan member or covered dependent you have access to no cost wellness events and presentations? Classes are offered by a variety of different presenters. Classes labeled "By Premise Health Coaching" are open to plan all members except Medicare retirees. Click here for more information on who is eligible to attend classes offered by Premise Health Coaching.

Good news! All virtual events are available to all eligible members, not just those in Health Center areas.

Registration for all classes must be received 24 hours prior to class. We cannot guarantee that registrations received less than 24 hours prior will be honored.

Yoga Fridays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Teams Meeting This virtual yoga class is good for all levels of experience. Flow through a warm up, sun salutations, balance, hip openers, twists, core work, and relaxation. Come when you can - no requirement for attendance every Friday.
